Free check-up campaigns are launched on annual basis at Thal Engineering Aircon Centre (TAC) and dealerships. Schedule of campaign is advertised well before commencement through newspapers and by mailing direct letters and telephone calls to customers. The objective of this activity is to facilitate customers in getting first hand information regarding performance status of their vehicle Aircon system. Thorough check-up of vehicle Aircon system is performed by the team of experts and necessary advice regarding on periodic maintenance and repair is given to end users for durability and the best performance of the system. Moreover campaign helps in order to collect customer's feedback about product performance and improvements to enhance their satisfaction. 

Advantages of participating in Free check-up campaign:

On the spot minor adjustments are done to keep the A/C systems in trouble free working condition, such as:

1. Loose electrical connections are tightened which may result is probable short circuit.
2. Aircon parts touching vehicle body are adjusted accordingly, which may result in unnecessary gas leakage.  Often CNG kits components installed from market interfere with A/C parts which may result is the malfunction / leakage of the A/C system.
3. Gas top-up is also done in cases where the amount is reduced slightly.
4. Condenser washing is also done to improve heat transfer of Condenser which also improves aircon performance.
5. We give maintenance card to the customer, which contains useful tips for longer and effective use of A/C.
