The Performance Appraisal exercise is carried out annually. The Appraisal is target / objective oriented, a dialogue between sub ordinate and supervisor is held where in feed back about performance is given improvement plan is discussed and new job objectives are decided.

Employee Communication & Research
Company strongly believes on easy and unhindered flow of communication. Various events like Chit Chat, DU-BE-DU are arranged where employees are communicated about company's business performance and future goals and also employees queries are answered.
